This is a Duplex that offers 2 levels of living space for multi-family & friends gatherings where you can all be together, but still have some individual space. The property is surrounded by Evergreens & Cedars for that Mountain feeling, clean air and fresh spring water straight out of the tap. No need for bottled water, just bring your refillable containers and fill them up straight from the tap.

Located within walking distance to just some of the local businesses; Including the Local Brew tasting room, Gas Station/ Convenience Store. A short drive away gets you to Golfing, Shopping, Hiking, Biking, and all that the Mountain Community has to offer. (Bike & Boating rentals available in close proximity, reserve early) Plenty of outdoor Activities, and of course Lake Almanor!

What We Have To Offer

~ Units ~

This property offers two units, an upper and a lower unit. You can choose from either, or rent both for larger groups. The lower has been recently updated and is ready for your vacation enjoyment. Upper Unit has fresh paint and flooring with new touches added. Each unit is themed, being carried throughout for that complete sensory submersion adding that extra element.

(NOTE: Because this is a Duplex, it offers extended families & friends that feeling of being together, but adding separation to be in your own space too.)

~ ~ ~
Each Unit offers 2 bedrooms and 1 bath. (The lower unit has the shared 1/2 bath just outside the door and will act as a secondary half bath when upper unit not rented or both units rented together in single booking). Both Units have full kitchens and comfortable living areas. Linens & Towels provided.

Please note that this is a NON Smoking rental property.

Property is rented to one guest booking at a time - you will not have to share it with other booked guests, only your group/party...

~ Shared Space Amenities ~

Laundry /Pantry: Double decker washer/dry unit,(laundry soap pods/Dryer Sheets provided), folding shelf and half bath with toilet/sink. Pantry area that houses board games/ cards/ books/ puzzles/ Corn hole game. This area has its own outside / keyed entrance.

Outside Seating/Deck area: Outdoor seating with Umbrella, table and chairs. BBQ, Solar landscape lighting.

Off Street Parking: Limited to 2 cars per unit max - one truck/boat trailer parking total in lieu of car. Additional on street parking is available at end of driveway. (Vehicle information required at reservation completion to accommodate all.)
