Situated on the Lower Level featuring updated accommodations. 2 bedrooms each with a Queen bed (Linens provided). Single bathroom with shower unit, hair dryer (towels provided). Also includes Flat screen TV, Thermostat controlled forced heating and Ceiling Fan. Newly remodeled Full Kitchen, Microwave, Dishwasher, Coffee Maker, Keurig, Hot Pot, plates & Utensils (dish towels provided). 2-4 persons.

~ RANCHLAND UNIT ~

Situated on the Upper Level (Staircase only). 2 bedrooms; Queen bed & Twin bed in one room , the other with Twin bunk beds and an extra Twin bed. (Linens provided.) Single bathroom with Tub/shower unit, hair dryer, (Towels provided). Includes Flat screen TV, Thermostat controlled forced heating, Ceiling Fans and wood burning free standing fireplace. No A/C. Full Kitchen, Microwave, Coffee Maker, Hot Pot, (Dish towels provided). Up to 6 persons.

CHECK IN AFTER 3:00 PM. (Early check in may be arranged.)
CHECK OUT BEFORE/BY 11:00am. (Late check out may be arranged.)
QUIET TIME 10:00 PM TO 8:00AM.
MUST BE AT LEAST 21 Yrs of age for rental.
NO EVENTS. NO PARTIES.
NO SMOKING PROPERTY
RENTAL TERM: 3-night min. - 10-night max. (no cleaning service provided during stay)
DAMAGE AND INCIDENTALS: You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay.
PETS: Pet Fees Would Apply. Restricted to 2 dogs up to 60 lbs per dog.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

100 % REFUND: If you cancel at least 30 days before check-in. If booked fewer than 30 days before check-in, full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in.
50% REFUND: (Minus the service fee) Up to 7 days before check-in.
NO REFUND: If you cancel within 7 days prior to check-in. (Unless extraordinary circumstances ensue-make inquiry if needed.)
